Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.1 Service Subscription Cancellation

• Clients may request to cancel their subscription plan (₹6,000 for 6 months or ₹10,000 for 1 year) within 7 days of purchase.
• Cancellations requested after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

1.2 Project-Based Services Cancellation

• For custom projects like Web Development, Mobile App Development, Game Development, or VFX & Animation, cancellation must be requested before the project's first milestone is completed.
• Any payments made for work completed up to the date of cancellation will not be refunded.

1.3 Third-Party Services

If the service involves third-party tools, platforms (e.g., domain registration, cloud services), or subscriptions, cancellation of these services is subject to the terms and policies of the respective third-party providers.

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds are processed only for cancellations made within the applicable timeframe mentioned above.
• Refund requests must include a valid reason and supporting documentation where applicable.

2.2 Non-Refundable Services

• Payments for services such as domain registration, hosting, SEO optimization, and advertisements (Google, Facebook, Instagram) are non-refundable once initiated.
• Custom design and development work are non-refundable after approval of drafts or initial concepts.

2.3 Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
